I'm stuck at the point in which I am suppose to get card packs, it won't let me actually choose one or move the list at all. My Google play name is Arnor255.

Right after I got introduces in shop and after I opened my first pack, I got instructed to tap on the "MORE STUFF" button...when I do tap it a menu with 4 different packs opens up (with an indicator to tap on the silver pack) and a message from Cartman that says "Just because you're so good on your phone this pack is free!".

No matter how many times I tap the screen nothing happens.

Same as everyone else. Really wish this could get fixed soon as I enjoy the game but it wont even let me continue at all.

Same as everyone else! I'm stuck in the shop tutorial with the message "Just because you're so good on your phone the first pack is free!" No matter what I click nothing happens l. I tried reinstalling the game but it didnt resolve the issue.

Hey all, I spoke with technical support. Managed to get it fixed by making the game full screen. You can do this by going to Settings -> Display -> Full Screen Apps -> South Park Phone Destroyer. Tap on the game and choose Full Screen.

I have a problem. I cannot get past the shop tutorial in the beginning of the game. It wont let me claim the free premium pack because the "free" button is unseen. I have a Samshng S10. Is that something to do with it?
