Idea for this: In Extreme difficulty mode, fast travel to Koani Bravo. Without fast traveling the rest of the way, restocking on ammo, without dying complete the following missions in one run: Boston Reed, El Wey, Marcus Jensen and La Cabra.

Note: Fast Traveling between provinces will fail this challenge. Dying will fail this challenge. Restocking ammo will fail this challenge.
