Title says it all really. Whenever I try to buy steel it says "the purchase could not be completed at this time. Try again later." This has been happening for weeks and i'm pretty sure I know the source.
A few weeks ago I bought a steel pack. For Honor, being For Honor, broke and gave me two and also charged me for two. Not WANTING two, I did a chargeback for one of the packs. I think Ubisoft has 'blacklisted' my account from buying steel, and I want it to be fixed.
What do? I hope a Mod sees this, i'm trying to give you guys money damnit!
