Hi, with all due respect, this forum just had a huge thread about this issue a couple of days ago. The toxicity it bred was not worth the very small amount of genuine discussion it contained.

There are no plans to introduce an option that gets rid of the spicier language in the game at this time. Both ESRB and PEGI ratings on the box/digital store should be fairly clear in their warning about the language.
