    No HUD Challenges need to go forever

    I don't even mind a modified version of the HUD just for challenges, but NO HUD should never be a thing. It doesn't make you any better. Spare me the "its realistic" if you say that you don't know what "realistic" is. I have been on mission before, you have a phones, watches, tablets, and other high tech equipment meant for the mission. I get if there is a modified HUD for missions with timers, so I at least have a clock. But common, NO HUD, give me a break.

    The only issue I have with the no HUD thing is that you have absolutely no clue what piece of equipment you have selected. Flare, grenades, C4... a bit of a surprise...

    In the end the key element of no HUD are the chessy enemy markers. I don't use anything except ammo and sync shot, but I don't mind if others do. Just those enemy markers actually affect the game difficulty, so why not replace 'no HUD' with no enemy markers?

    Yeah, if it was a restricted HuD it would be fairer to those that like a map and equipment selectors in place. Perhaps just markers and detection clouds off.

    I'd like the challenges to encourage players to begin to use less of the HUD not put them off the whole idea

    ....saw that too. I was thinking that after some of the trolls that have been handled with kid gloves, what the heck could Blue have done to get banned?

    I agree, i play with Ammo, Sync Shot, & Communication markers when im working with other players. sometimes i'll turn on mini-map if im running actual missions but normally i do Milsim.

    I thought it was great when they introduced the additional HUD options. I always thought they should have done the same for the minimap (independent options).

    The more options the better IMO. People are going to have different ways they like to play. I prefer a more milsim-like experience myself but there are some HUD options I must have on to avoid frustration. ....ammo being one of them.
