I haven't been playing because it got stale for me. I played for a month after release then had a break and came back during season 2 after all the updates. Stopped playing about 6 weeks back at Tier 13(?). Got tired of repeating everything and the challenge rewards started to lose their appeal - I was in no rush to complete Tier Mode so all those boosters were worthless to me. It's cool though, I've just been waiting for PVP which looks like it will be quite good, even if it's not as awesome as it could be - we shall see. I still check in every week to see what the task force challenge reward is, and sometimes complete it.
Last week was the first time I haven't completed at least the solo challenge. The only reason I did the TF challenge was so my comrades could have the Micteca (or however it's spelled). This week? I'm not going to touch any of it and could care less about the community patch. There is zero incentive to complete the challenges and the rewards are not worth the effort. I'm glad to see community members being highlighted for their submissions, but the rewards in place are an absolute disservice to them and their efforts.
All in my opinion, of course.
I share that opinion.Originally Posted by Raubtier1980 Go to original post
Yup, last week I gave up doing the 3rd part of the solo challenge... took me too much time to get them to alert 4... also didn't bother finishing the task force challenge... This week I probably won't even attempt either as long as no friend of mine asks me to help out. The challenges demand too much work for tier 1 boosters and stuff you already got in previous weeks. I even have a hard time finding the motivation to finish the last 7 tiers to tier 1. Hopefully after this PVP release there will be again some love for the PVE that has been running dry for months now...
I just hit tier 3 today and the fatigue is very, very real.Originally Posted by biomag83 Go to original post
