This gamemode means at the start of the game you are given a Random hero. The hero has base stats.

Alternatively having a button to give you a random Hero would be good

Would this be a random hero for a game mode like duel/dominion? Or campaign?

Hmm I was thinking more along the lines of Duels and Dominion yes. I'm just trying to think of another modiferr to make the gamemode more interesting. At the moment all I can think of is after a certain period of time and/or takedowns pickups around the map for various feats appear.

This game mode not useful, there is no logic..

it would be nice, but there aren't many players in FH to do that. If finding elmination/skirmish mathces is already difficult, imagine "splitting" dominion and duels into "random and not random" characters.
