I think it would be good if at say max reputation rank for a hero you can choose any three combination of colours from all the options you have previously unlocked this could happen as well at half reputation rank for half the reputation colours you've unlocked thus far.

I would think this would be a good rep 30-15 reward. I would like to make my own colors!

I do know we want to make customization even more customizable in the future (colors, materials, emblems, engravings, everything) - so I'll pass it along to the team!
