I'm sure they said you could pull stuff for customization from the main game. Check back through their latest videos. Ah, it may have been on the live stream premiere.

They should definitely allow this as people love to show off their unique outfits. They will end up selling more outfits.

Not certain if purchased packs will be usable in Ghost War, though I have seen this brought up by some other players as well. Can and will absolutely make mention of this, however.
