[slice of life] Don't cut off the chat by black screens or map intro sequences

this is really bothering me for a long time now (not that it is already enough that the chat system does not work at times when it works for others and the quick chat system overlay likes to take a day off on a frequent base).

If there is any good room to write sth then it is between switching locations after for example a duel round (black screen) or even before a match (tribute, dominion) to discuss/state firsthand tactics. This way you could at least make usage (at least some) of the terrible waiting times this game provides. In dominion I tend to communicate with my team or group mates during the startup. But this will get interrupted as soon as the face-off screen moves on to loading the map and we have to wait until we spawn to get to communicate again. Very annoying and disruptive! In between games it sometimes is possible to communicate during character selection and sometimes it is not. Strangely you cannot communicate within your group whilst being in a game lobby, so we would have to use the uplay overlay for that moment - which is also unbelievable terrible and not user friendly (I mean who in the right mind decided that it is cool ithat f you wanted to see a message from your friend that you would have to open the overlay and then click yourself through the chat/friendlist and then even SCROLL DOWN to the newest message just to be able to read it as a whole?)

In terms of black (transition) screens, yes you can type to a certain extent I am aware of that. But you don't see what you type which is crucial since the one chat message consist only certain set of characters and then whatever you type next won't be displayed plus at some point you get cut off no matter what during the loading process, so in most cases you have to start again writing whatever you wanted to express.
