I've been checking back for weeks. In between that there was 3 updates an still no fixes. Really frustrated.

Just installed this game last night and stuck in the same loop in the tutorial. Very frustrating. It seems like there is a condition when the pack is being opened up that is saying there is no connection that isn't true. I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that this pack of cards is already registered in the system as it was opened before the previous crash. Either way, tried deleting data and reinstalling to start fresh but it won't let me. A fix or work around would be appreciated.

Are you stuck in the character creation, PVP pack, or deckbuilder section of the tutorial? The deckbuilder bug can be fixed with your in-game name, however we are still working on a fix for the other two issues.

Was this resolved because I am having the same problem with the tutorial it's at the part where Heidi is telling me to change clothes but I have already changed the clothes so does nothing the game is just stuck in a constant loop

Yeah i have tried all of these with no change. Still cannot do anything in game.

Can you let me know your in-game name? And can you also confirm that it's the clothing section of the tutorial that's got you stuck? Thanks!
