Why not give them a nerfed M40A5 instead, which takes 2 shot on chest to kill regular health class and 3 for tank in 0 distance. Also nerf the range to line up with G28....
Then, if everyone wanna chase their sniper dream, they still can (sure it won't really help the team...) But at least for the other team , it can't get any more annoying than the current G28 spam, leave that job for Ranger and Sentinel ....

I think that the recruit class is to OP. I feel like the recruit should only be chosen if the player has no one unlocked or there class was already taken. I have been coming across full teams of recruits using the sniper because its so good, and they where all above level 5 meaning they had classes unlocked but they chose recruit because of an OP sniper and a scout drone please Nerf the recruit.
