I completed the challenge for the second week of the event and I received a standard alpha pack, not one of the event packs. During week one I bought ~8 packs, but that's all. I completed the challenge with about 10 hours left as well.

I just checked your account here and it looks like you have an event pack in your inventory that was awarded shortly before your post.

So I've played today and got about 2 alpha packs and when I go to the menu I can't even open them cause it says that I don't have any alpha packs and my chances of obtaining one have gone back down... wtf ubi...

I woke up this morning and decided o get into siege, after playing around 2 matches I noticed how I have only 11 alpha packs even I should have had 16, what is up wiith that ?

Sounds like a bug, you should be able to open them without restarting.
Could you confirm that you could actually open them after restarting ?

i have been doing alot of games and when i got my alpa pack it didn't go in my inventory so i have no alpha pack

This seems to be a visual issue, and our team is investigating. Please restart your game for me. The packs should appear.
