I have yet to receive the 10 outbreak packs for owning the season pass and im wondering if I will be getting them when the other people who didn't get the free 4 outbreak packs or it is another glitch that will have to be fixed on it own.

I put ticket to support, i also dont get my outbreak pack(4 free i obtain) but other from complite edition and older seasons pack, also i dont recaive my 600 rb6 credits from 3 season.

Only Advanced Edition owners will receive the 10 Outbreak packs and the 4 for logging in during the event. Season pass owners will receive 4, as will those whom don't own the Advanced Edition. On the note with the Outbreak packs. It's being looked into, for more information we definitely recommend following the Rainbow 6 subreddit. It's being updated by Its_Epi

i got an alpha pack and it showed me i got an uncommon skin for GIGN squad called "acid rain" and then i entered the loadout in the operators category and the skin didnt apeard and it happened again in the past... can u help me?

I just looked at your account and the skin you were awarded is for the SG-CQB Shotgun only, so please check Twitch, Lion, Doc and Rook as only they currently have access to this weapon.

Didn't see an answer for this anywhere, what are the chances of getting Legendaries in Alpha packs?

I Started playing Siege around the time operation health was ending (around the time when alpha packs were introduced) and now I'm at Level 132

After all that time and the amount of renown used to get alpha packs, I still have yet to receive even a single Legendary alpha pack, while seeing others receive them when they are only level 20. So you must understand why I think my account bugged to this.

Could I either get a fix? or if its not a bug, kindly tell me what are the chances of getting it, that my game has failed to do nearly 300 times. I'd like to know, as I don't want to keep banging my head against that brick wall if it isn't even working.
