Once you reboot the game it should credit you with your proper amount, or the pack itself.

Got my Alpha pack, return back to main menu and try to open it and gave me a weird error and reset my percentage back to normal but with no alpha pack. Exit out of the game and restarted and still no alpha pack???????

This is the 3rd time in a row in which I have won an alpha pack after a match and ended up not actually receiving one. Is there a reason for this?

Thank you for reporting this to us.

I assume that this was not within one session of the game that you got the three Alpha Packs? Did it reset the chance amount each time this happened?

Same issiue got an Aplha Pack, tried to open it. Went to Aplha Pack menu but the pack was not there and the counter reset to 2%.

So after few match I didn't reciv points and one time was shown that I received Alpha pack, but I didn't and reset to 3%.

When opening the game on my PC the new notfications tab the page said i had reccieved 4 outbreak packs (Which i had) an ash skin (which i have not) alpha pack (which i have not) and a renowned booster (which i also have not) i am confused if I will reccieve these soon or not either way please be sure to let me know.

This is my second time getting an Alpha Pack through the percentage wheel and nothing received. Counter reset back to 2%....Among other issues after the patch today like the year 3 season pass rewards
