Ok so just to update I got another pack while playing and can confirm that this keeps happening where I can only open them after restarting the game

So I played a bunch of games and had terrible luck with the alpha packs, I finally received one when my chances were 49%. Anyway, I went to the main menu to open it and it said that I didn't have any in my account. It reset my chances back to 2% but I didn't get my alpha pack.

I checked your account, and I see that today's Alpha Pack game the Bloom weapon skin for the Mk17 CQB.

This also happened To me I got an alpha pack from winning a Casual and it didn't give me it in the main menu but it brought my chances from 45.50% to 2%

I do see that you have one alpha pack that is currently unopened. If you restart the game can you access the pack?

I just played 2 games and didn't receive any of the renown or the alpha pack i got! what is this!

I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive your Renown nor your Alpha Pack after completing a match where you were eligible for both.

Did you try restarting your game, to see if the match outcome was synchronised properly, and the content received?
