Every now and then when I roll for an alpha pack and don't get one, instead of my chances increasing, they decrease.

Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing. This is a known issue that is currently being investigated. Please keep looking out for updates here on the forums regarding this.

Sometimes when I when a game in casual (I have only tested this on casual, it may work on ranked aswell) the alpha pack meter goes up by 20 percent instead of the normal 2 percent. This is obviously not intended and i have 2 recorded occasions of it.

Sorry for not responding earlier, I had some important things to do. I was experiencing this problem on PlayStation 4

I have two alpha packs and I cannot open them because there has been an issue with my connection to ubiservices. I don’t know how to fix this but restarting my game doesn’t do anything.

I win an alpha pack rom a casual match and upon opening get the message "alpha pack error, there has been an issue with your connection to UbiServices please try again later. nothing I have tried works, please fix this issue,

I had this same issue on PS4.

i spent 4500 renown on a pack try to open it it says error and gives me 1000 renown wtf guys at least have it fully reimburse me.
