For the past few days, I have been winning and losing lots of games for rainbow six siege. However, my chance for getting a pack is not increasing. I was stuck at 20% for a few hours after playing multiple games and it did not increase. Eventually, I got an Alpha Pack. Now, after a whole day of playing this game, I am still on 2%. It is nearly impossible to get a pack. Everyone I play with gets an increased chance, while I am constantly on 2%. Can someone please tell me what is happening asap. This game is boring without this new feature and since I cannot use it i am nearly about to throw it out. Thank you. PS4 Username: bartroX578

I've created a support ticket. Could I please get some help before the release of the new Season? Operation Health was supposed to fix a lot of issues. Now we have a Doc glitch, rubber banding and people losing renown and R6 Credits. Some of us have been with the game since the beginning. I started in Year one season 3. Just please fix these things. Please return my renown. I need it.

Yeah I got like 2 or 3 packs from rolls and it takes away my chance rating but I don't even get the pack

Last night I was Gold 1 when I went to bed, woke up logged on to find I'd been put at Bronze 4! However, I didn't realise at first cause the colors are similar I ranked up to Silver 3 easily thinking it was platinum. It suddenly clicked I was bronze and I got very annoyed. Turned off and came back a few hours later and I had been put back at Gold 1, went to play a game, Seige then crashed, when I reloaded I was Silver 4! Someone please tell me whats happening and can Ubisoft put me back at Gold 1! I dont even care I didn't get my free alpha pack I just want my rank. Anyone else had similar problems?

Someone in game said to press alt+enter on the alpha pack spin thing and it would re-spin, making it so you could get an alpha pack or increase your chances. Can you please fix Ubi?

I can confirm that we are aware of this and it is currently being investigated.

Sometimes when I when a game in casual (I have only tested this on casual, it may work on ranked aswell) the alpha pack meter goes up by 20 percent instead of the normal 2 percent. This is obviously not intended and i have 2 recorded occasions of it.

Every now and then when I roll for an alpha pack and don't get one, instead of my chances increasing, they decrease.
