Yesterday i was given an aplha pack after a won casual match. The game told me I could go to main menu and open the pack right away. I tried doing so but the alpha pack wasn't there. I tried rebooting the game, but the pack still wasn't there. Then I bought five packs to see if they would work at all. They did, so I just decided to get over one pack disappearing since it wasn't so big of a deal but today it happened again. Once again I was rewarded an aplha pack but in the menu the game told me I had none. I believe that the drop system is not quite working as intended.

I'm not asking for compensation or anything, just please fix this error soon.

It just happened again. 21:00 GMT+3:00. It's for the third time now. I'm starting to think i'll only be able to buy packs from now on since they just disappear after dropping ingame

I received the headgear, weapon skin and charm. I then had a pop up saying I was rewarded a alpha pack. An when I went to the alpha pack section I saw I didn't get one. My girlfriend had the same pop up and didn't receive a alpha pack. I also lost 100k renown. I had to play 100 matches a day for 10 days to get that 100k. So if I could please get that back. I was saving for alpha packs. My goal is it save up to 900k. An losing 100k sets me back very far. My girlfriend also lost 20k renown.

I got the headgear, charm and skin for doc. Yet when a alpha pack popped up I didn't see one in the alpha pack tap. I also lost 20k renown.
