For whatever reason, whenever I install these games they have a weird visual glitch/stuttering. My PC is DEFINITELY good enough to handle games as old as these (for comparison sake, DIshonored runs with zero issues), but whenever I play these the game seems to run fine except for a weird visual effect where the background goes absolutely nuts, stuttering frequently. Any advice?

Try to delete or rename "systemdetection.dll" in game directory - worked for me.
