Hi all,ive played a few hours of the pvp got all the classes unlocked, and so far its ok.
Only problem imo is the maps are the size of battlefield maps, and theres only 8 ppl in the game.....its soooo barren.
future soldier had 5v5 and the biggest maps seemed ok size, graw had 8v8,and this has 4v4.
it seems ubisoft are making maps biger and bigger, but also getting less and less players.
Its just sooo empty. Also how come graw released with single/coop/vs in one go,all with loads of game modes, but this is basically whoever gets to the recon attena and holds it wins.
I know they said another mode will come out later after release, but tbh is that gonna be enough?
Personally i think the game will be pretty dead within 4 weeks after release, apart from the obvious diehards.
All the class unique abilities are really cool, but like i said how 4v4 can be called ghost "war" is a bit weird, more like ghost scirmish?.
Anyway we'll see how it goes but imo the maps need halving in size or double the ammount of players.
Yeah they need to up the player count. The whole community is saying this and they need to listen. They could have something real special with a lot of staying power. They don't need to rebalance anything because the maps can already accommodate this. Ubisoft does not need to be stubborn with this. They need to do it.
A really good Question. I guess the younger Generations are always looking for a way to compete against others. And if it just to find out who has the biggest ePen in the Hood.Originally Posted by KnightGhostbear Go to original post
I like GOOD and WELL DESIGNED PvP Games, developed for PvP from the Scratch, with perfect Balance, great Developer Support, quick Bugfixes and an open Ear for the Com. And let me be honest, these are not Ubisoft Strengths.
But maybe I am too negative and Ghost War will be the ultimate competitive PvP Game...
Ultimate PVP game? There is no "ultimate" pvp game, they are all the same, just varying degrees and sizes for "Team Death match"...Originally Posted by KingSpawn1979 Go to original post
