Camera position: Please pull it back about a foot and up until the center of the Crosshair is at or around forehead level.... Right now its to low and the character is taking up 25% or more " depending on close quarters' of the screen and blocking my view. Very frustrating!
Spot markers: Please! DISABLE this function... It should only work when using drones, not when looking at a enemy. If your looking to promote teamwork in this game, people should have to communicate in voice chat. Nobody talks on mic because of this function. And its super cheesy!
Crouch Speed: It's just way to dang slow! Please add a "move faster" crouch when holding sprint or be able to go from crouch to sprint to crouch. Would add more tactical gameplay, and be a much smother experience.
Walk and Strafe speed: Please make walk speed a bit faster. Along with the strafe ability of the character to go side to side. I would like the opportunity to possibly get into a gun battle with someone instead of being picked off because I can't dodge a little better.
Bullet drop: To me it seems bullet drop is over done. I shoot a guy who seems to be less then 100 yards from me, but I have to aim 5 feet above his head to hit him. This just could take some getting used to but, it seems like it drops to much to fast IMO.
Second level of ZOOM: Is it possible to have a click right mouse button to optics, but have a hold right mouse button for a closer OTS zoom? Be a good addition for tactical gameplay.
Cover System: Can we just scrap that whole deal? My character does weird things and the camera angle gets screwed up! Crouching behind objects is good enough. And popping out of cover for online kills is cheesy...
More players: Definitely should be able to have 6v6 or 8v8 rooms too. Why are we always restricted to small party's? And with that... A LOBBY SYSTEM WOULD BE MIND BLOWING!
These are just some ideas from one competitive game dev to another. This game has the potential to be a MAJOR E Sport title, but we have to take the training wheels off. I hope some of you agree! #InSearchOfACopetitiveShooter
I'm sure I will have more ideas to come........
I couldn't say it any better myself. Can this post be pinned?
Ubisoft, this list is spot on and needs major consideration, scratch that, this list needs to happen! I know spotting is a option already and few others have been posted, but as you can see players are wanting hard core, no perks action!
Nice thread Harry!

The post is good, but if you want it pinned then the Open Beta forum with [FEEDBACK] in the title is where it needs to be.

I highly doubt this game will be an E-Sport.
An increase to the movement speed is not needed. Strafing in a tactical game like this would, for me, break a lot of the ideas for teamwork. I don't want this game to come to the point where movement trumps positioning and cover. Right now, it's pretty balanced in that aspect. Movement is meant to get somewhere, not dodge bullets by wiggling back and forth. This isn't and shouldn't become a twitch based shooter like COD or Battlefield.
Although this isn't the greatest cover system, with your ideas to movement and the loss of the cover system, this game would turn to becoming a movement trumps positioning and cover. I think, the development team is trying to go for a more tactical and methodical approach bit with a sense of urgency still tied in, and the game mode pulls it off.
The bullet drop in this PvP mode is exactly the same as the drop in the current live version of the game, which is pretty damn close to being accurate. I have a friend who enjoys being a sniper and he was able to seamlessly transfer his experience with the bullet drop and distance in from live to beta.
With that said, I agree with your other points and quite a bit of the community seems to as well with how many threads on here and reddit are asking for a more hardcore mode with limited HUD and no sound markers.
They need to also limit the number of drones. I think they should remove the drone from the Recruit class and give them Binoculars instead. Also with spotting, I think they should make it a toggle to spot option. Currently for snipers, when you spot someone using your scope, it marks them and pretty much warns the player that is being marked. This is counter productive.
Another thing I've noticed that I feel needs a change is the point system. They need to give points to the other classes for doing their job. As the scout with a drone, you can get a huge amount of points just for spotting, but as an enforcer you don't get points for suppressing. Same with the tank, you don't get points for clearing markers off of your teammates when you divert Intel.
This game, to me, is very much like R6S in some aspects but in a more open and realistic environment. I would enjoy the game if it continued to follow that path and remained true to a tactical shooter. I pray that this game doesn't add clown masks and World War 2 cosmetics and what not that would break the immersion of this game.
Edit: Added more to my wall of text.
I've always believed the FOV in Wildlands is less than ideal. I hate it when the character takes up so much of the screen with the view all zoomed in, limiting your FOV. I also prefer centred viewpoint to that of switchable shoulder views.
Currently it is very easy to be blindsided and miss someone standing right next to you, even more so on your opposite shoulder side, where you have next to zero far peripheral view.
I think the FOV is certainly debatable. Personally, it was something that took me some time to get used to which in itself tells me it's not ideal. I have played games where it just felt natural and comfortable. GRW never gave me that feeling.
As far as speeding up movements, I don't know. I think it might move the game further toward that genre where PvP matches are nothing more than players shooting while on the move, running circles around each other, etc I don't mind the movement since everyone is on the same page. ....perhaps some tweaks are needed but very minor IMO.
I have always felt that loadout, armor, etc. should have an impact on stamina and speed though.
