    Post-Update - Unable to Launch Game

    So today I was alerted that an update was pending for South Park: Phone Destroyer. So I launched the game, it loaded files, and then I was shown a screen which read:


    GOOGLE PLAY ERROR

    LOG OUT OF GOOGLE PLAY AND THEN LOG IN AGAIN

    YOU CAN DO IT IN YOUR DEVICE SETTINGS.

    I then proceeded to try several different ways to get past this message:

    1) I entered the Settings, under Accounts selected Google, delete the Google account, started up SP:PD, logged back into Google (a hassle since I have the full security settings)... started up and saw the same message.

    2) I uninstalled SP:PD and downloaded it again from Google Play... started up and saw the same message.

    3) Searched and noticed there is Google Play and Google Play Games. Accessed Google Play Games... but no was to sign-out. Oh wait, I'm told to remove my Google account to sign-out, but see #1. No dice.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or is this when I stop playing the game?

    This is a known bug- we're looking into it. I'll let you know as soon as I have an update!

    i also have this issue and have tried everything to fix it also even factory reset but the same stuff please fix

    Me and my girlfriend have the same problem. We have samsung galaxy S8. But it work on my samsung galaxy S5 and i have the same Google play account on both phones
