Hello,
Was just getting into the game when I got stuck. I was having fun going through the tutorial when I arrived at the Butter's PVP tutorial. I cleared it and opened a free PVP pack. Afterwards external forces in my real life needed my attention. So I closed the app. Upon re-entering the app after a couple hours I was prompt to do the PVP tutorial and open the PVP pack again.
However after clicking the open button (no other choice) the game gives me an error, CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER! PLEASE CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION. Then, I am unable to click anything else. I've watched the same Butters cut scene over a dozen times. I reinstalled the app to no anvil. My patience is thin and it is very frustrating.
What are the steps I must take to proceed?

I'm in the exact same situation. Support asked me to uninstall and download the game again and clear cache data but the progress is saved Online. There is now way to progress, or access the menu, or do anything other then follow the tutorial to the inevitable CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER! message, where nothing else can be done.

Its been weeks and few updates later. I am unable to play the game still stuck in China Wall Tutorial even though it displays 1/1 pvp battle complete. The game still forces me to close that window instead of being able to click continue.
I inboxed you many times and no reply. I see you replying to other people with similar problems but you ignore me.
