The radio in survival is so so so good.
You can hear the fear and desperation in his voice and mixed with the chilling atmospheric sounds make for the perfect mode.
That is the best audio scenery in the game.
Whoever did the audio for the radio in survival is a master at their job.
- turn the backpack skins into skins for gear pieces adding a verity to our characters more. (but still being able to tell what piece the player is wearing, like the classified lonestar bag, and the green one, like its missing the back panel on its skin)

In a sense, there's already a stealth action. If you run cover-to-cover, the player is often undetected by NPCs for quite sometime. I use this tactic for skipping mobs in the dark zone and utilize them as an alarm system if other players are about. Works well for solo/stealth farming div-tech and DZ chests.
I enjoyed your suggestions, though, I can't say I agree with all of them. My biggest wish is for balancing and anti-cheat. I have to give the studios tasked with balancing credit. PVE/PVP games are a nightmare to balance. PVP complicated, and in my opinion, ruined (for a while) PVE in World of Warcraft during late vanilla, early Burning Crusade expansion. Blizzard also had a significantly larger team to deal with this.
