I liked 1 but not 2.
I liked 2 but not 1.
I didn't like any of those.
I liked both of them.
HI, I have an idea for two new Rainbow six operator ideas. Here it goes.
Operator 1:
Defense
1 armor, 3 speed
Gadgets: Deployable shield, Nitro Cell.
Primary weapon: Ak-47 or semi-auto shotgun
Secondary: High stopping power, easy reload like pmm
Special Gadget: Holographic:
This gadget basically puts a projector on top of a door making it look like there is a barricade there. While the attacking team can't see trough it, the defense team can see the other side. This makes the attacking think about their posiotioning
Operator 2:
Defense
3 armor, 1 speed
Gadgets: Deployable Shield, Barbed wire
Primary Weapon: (A slow firing assault rifle, like Sledge's), Shotgun
Secondary: SMG
Special Gadget: Solid steel blocks
These steel block can be put under the little gap on barricades, or drone holes. This makes it so this operator can take mutes place during the preparation phase, and let him place his mutes on walls. Operators also have to vault to enter the room, giving them a few seconds of vulnerability.
Having hologramable wooden barricades would cause a lot of problems with spawn killing. With no idea a window is broken the defenders could just murder attackers on their way to the building. Game over. Walls would be very interesting and potentially fun but windows and doors would be OP.
As for placing mutes on Walls, I came up with this operator...
Locke - Defender
Her ability is the "Blindspot", Precise Jamming Device Launcher. This Pistol fires 3 small jamming devices that can stick to any surface. The are a quarter of the size of a mute jammer and give of 1/3 of the jamming field. This makes them great for individual hatches and windows but not as effective for walls (although roughly one per wall section at about crouch height could prevent breaching). Blindspots are tough to see since they are smaller but still can be shot, blown up, electrified, and EMPed. However having a Blindspot stuck to the bottom of a ceiling hatch above an objective would be very hard to deal with without an EMP. Locke's presence would alleviate the pressure to pick Mute or Bandit and give another option for a disrupter, as well as provide a direct counter for Hibana.
2 speed - 2 armour
Weapons
- high damage, high recoil, low ammo count SMG
- Flechette Shotgun (lower destruction, higher range)
- general service pistol
Gadgets
- Deployable shield allows her to further lockdown the objective
- Impact Grenades allow Locke to augment terrain due to lack of destructive shotgun.
Strengths
- unique ability to place jammers almost anywhere (under hatches,on walls, above windows, above drone holes, etc.)
- unique Flechette Shotgun allows her to control hallways effectively
- can be used in tandem with (Bandit, Mute, or Castle) to really lockdown an objective or room
Weaknesses
- Small radius of jammers and only having 3 means she can't achieve the same level of disruption as Mute or Bandit.
- needs impacts to make kill holes or open up sites
ok, so the new operator is going to basically be sledge on crack cocaine. they are a 1 speed, 3 armor, operator who has a charge attack and has a specially designed shield so they can ram through soft walls and door barricades, the charge attack has a very long cool down so the player can only use their ability 5-6 times per round to keep it semi balanced. The shield can be used as a normal riot shield similar to blitz or monty.
I got a great one.
Codename: Code
1 armor 1 speed
Weapons: Computer and high level programming skills
Gadgets: Cool T-Shirt and Awesome glasses
Strengths: Understands all kinds of code language and can find and sort out problems easy.
Weakness: Not very good with sports.
When released in game, this Operator works hard to fix all the bugs the incompetent Rainbow Six Dev team breaks and manages to do it in less then one full year, then say's cool things like "I wish these guys could quit their jobs already...", "Pathetic, who gave these people a diploma..."
