To solve this one, we're going to have to find where the image came from. Dude looks like Conor McGregor or Joel Edgerton. VVGogh?-- eh, maybe. Clearly a truck or a van. (Ambulance or cop car maybe?--that blur at the top looks like a ladder or police lights) Maybe a moving van like a Penske or Uhaul?

I dunno. But I think once we see where the pic was from, things will fall into place.

I think the 1889 portrait is a closer match, but it definitely looks like van Gogh
