Just got into a match with 2 players on the enemy team that were horrid to play against. Spent the entire game spamming chat with insults and just generally being no fun to play against. The whole affair was miserable from start to finish. After the match was over I quit out to the lobby and went looking for another game as I didn't want to play those two again. However, matchmaking put me straight back into the same match with exactly the same players and teams. As the first round had been absolutely no fun to play I decided I would rather leave, which of course incurred the 10 min matchmaking penalty.
Can there not be the option for the game to either give you the option to leave at character selection with no penalty, or a bit of code written into the matchmaking program so that it will not put players straight back into the match that they have just left?

Sorry about the bad experience. You actually have 30s to quit without penalty once you get into a match - its a 30s grace window. Once those 30s are up however, a quit is a quit in our eyes. So if you really feel you must, do it during the grace window.
Also, next time if you run into players behaving poorly - let us know and report them to us!
