I noticed one of the "Workarounds" was to install it on my C: Drive, I would prefer not to, as that is my SSD that I use for my OS, and It was erroneously installed there the first time. If it turns out the game will only run on the C: Drive, that's unacceptable for a Triple-A Game to have an issue like this six months after launch.
The game pops up with the title box, loads for about thirty seconds, then closes, bringing the Uplay window back up.
All my drivers are up to date, I have tried restarting, I have tried running as admin, Antivirus and Firewall allow Uplay through.
If anyone has a way to fix this, I'd like to play the game I spent a hundred bucks on.
Hey Jaycon356, is the game and UPlay on the same drive? It doesn't have to be the C: drive, but they do have the be on the same drive. If they are, did you try verifying files to make sure nothing was corrupted? If that doesn't help, can you try any of these steps you haven't tried and see if they help? If those do not help, let support know with MSINFO and DXDIAG files.
