I have done some research and found out that the "red death" and "pink lady" guns are obtainable in itaqua by killing uri and polito thus giving you the "red death" and "pink lady" now renamed as "his Ak-47' and "her Ak-47' this information may or may-not be useful or correct.

Back when narco road came out there was a glich to get access to any and more guns in the game. If you were playing when dlcs came out you should remember seeing people running around with a heli rpg or a apc rpg Or a heli HMG there were also 2 guns the red death and the pink lady. They had no stats but the damage was wonderful. You were able to play with them in game and they looked nothing like his and her ak.
