How do you get the Red Death and Pink Lady guns? | Forums

Red Death makes me think of a shotgun, maybe a new named shotgun based on the Ice Shard (hint-hint)? As for Pink Lady I got no clue, a pistol maybe?

red death appears on the weapon stat list as another version of His ak47, pink lady appears as another version of Her ak47.

that is all i know so far.

they are mission based guns. you unlock them by beating bosses

Which bosses? Because I have played every mission in the game except the DLC's and the Unidad Conspiracy, which the game has been out for months and the beta-testers have played it to death probably and we still can't get, and have never seen them. In fact the only reference to them is in our Ghost Recon Profile stats. UbiKeeba said he would find out about this and has never gotten back about it. If he hasn't asked about this one thing how do we know that they (they being the moderators) are passing any of our questions or complaints on like they say they will. It is a matter of trust and faith in the moderators to do what they say they will.

we dont appear to be getting a response on this one. ive been looking into this since release and not found much.
iv given up on the idea that they are new/different guns that we will get to play with.
i recently read a post on reddit somewhere about this.

the reddit user seemed to think that Red Death and Pink Lady were the original names for HIS ak47 and HER ak47. at some point during development ubisoft changed the names but didnt remove or cleanup the original stat markers from the ghostreconwildlands.net.

the reddit user didnt have any evidence for this theory but it sounds like classic ubisoft to me.
GRW is strewn with little errors that are a consequence of changes made to the game but not properly cleaned up after, thats how i know heavy troopers originally carried miniguns!

still would love to hear confirmation from ubisoft though.

That was my thought too since the icons are Identical. Confirmation would be nice but I am persona non gratis I think for my many outward complaints. The mods don't want to talk to me anymore, even though I know it is not their faults but the devs.

i wouldnt take it personally buddy. the mods can be a little erratic in their communication.they are part of ubisoft after all.
if it has been raised to the devs they probably just havnt given the mods an answer yet.
