What have you done to Warden UBI?

One of the most famous heros, became a gimb/cripple...by nerfing him or by buffing other heros. Only few players still like to play him....maybe because ofsentimental reasons?!

What have you done to him....?
Well...

1 Giving him dull attacks and combos

2. Give him only Vortex/Shoulderbash and Crushing Counterstrike (Doesn`t work most of the time (especially after Orochi attacks)) as speciall attacks.
-> ! Every of those "Squirl Classes" (Assasins) like Orochi, Peacekeeper, Gladiator and Berserker loughing about this..the can easily dodge any of htose warden attacks!

3. Wardens stamina costs are one of the highest...and eveny Raider and Lawbringer can recover faster than him. Only few attacks and he is done....
4. He is too slow..
5. Low damage.
6.He has no possibility to stun....well only by throwing someone against a wall..but evey class can do it

So UBI......pls explain to me.. "Is this balance? Is this your idea of an cool fighting hero, who has real...I mean real chances against other players with their rich amaount of combos attacks and dodge possibilities??

Its really sad..because I liked playing Warden very much..but right now...its not possible anymor.

I hope one day...there will be a rework of him..but "one" day...noone will play for honor anymore, I guess.

PS: What do other Wardens think? Do you agree with me or do you have other Ideas? Sad, that UBI doesn`t care.

I was a Warden Main when i playd the game too
I left for honor a week ago and i dont miss it!
Since they screwd up Warden to complete Trash Tier !

Warden has become almost unplayable

I play with all clases and at this point warden is under powered.

You need to buff him at least in damage, or in speed

Wtf are you cry babies talking about? you can still back people into a wall and then spam vortex. Go play duel with all the other easy mode try hards.

Ah, I see thats all what you guys can tell @hairless_ape and qwalla.
I am either a "kid" neither a whiner or a bad player who doesn`t know how to play. I played a lot different chars/heros, and its much easier to fight with them and to win than with warden.
If oyu guys jwould take just a few sec to switch on your brains before writing, you would see, that I am right. As I meantioned..... Wardens attacks are dull and ..sure I can push someone into a wall...but how, when the enyms is a faster calss who can dodge every of my moves?!

I easy win with Centurio, with Gladiator etc..but impossible with Warden. So stop "flming " and start thinking first, before you write..or better try it by yourself..play Warden in Tournament or in 1 on 1..you will be "surprised"..and then ..be honest and write again.

I disagree. Warden was, and still is strong. Very easy to pick up, very effective moves. Warden is all about learning to use what moves when and where, and by no means is Warden "trash tier"

There's definitely some mixed feelings about warden, and we'll try to address the warden vortex issues. We're in the middle of balancing, so hopefully you all feel better about him after those changes (no matter what side of the warden camp you're on).

If you fell that strongly about it I would have wished you had supported my thread concerning the plea to change it back (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...3#post12850093) Only numbers can make a difference and only if you voice your opinion you can be heard.

To the rest of the discussion: I am a Warden main as well and yes he might be lacking some stuff right now as we discussed already in multiple other threads. What he would need is additional moves in his arsenal. The nerf to Shoulderbash was ok in my opinion and did not affect me much. It can still be used quite well although the tracking ability of the gb has been reduced so much that you can only use it when you happen to be right in your opponents face.
I also agree that he has quite some downsides in terms of speed ->side lights on neutral are a little too slow, his dash recovery is so bad that an opponents can still untechable gb you after you have dodged for quite some distance and you're already standing still and of of couse his forward lounging capabilities in mid range are none-existing which makes it easy to stay just out of warden's reach except for the zone attack.
Overall his kit indeed feels a little dull, yes, but he is not "almost unplayable". You have to work against certain opponents much more since they have good and natural counters to his kit that most by now know how to use.

Warden is far from underpowered. But now he is definitely not top tier anymore.
In my opinion they have to give him new moves and remove the 50/50.
