    Well - thanks to your reply I retried to opend a ticket and realized, that I have to scroll down - the website layout was looking like "additional ads" so I failed to read it
    -> Ticket opened - I'll keep you guys posted

    after a chat with support, I did try som network testing without results.

    But after the support did reset my game progress, the game was starting -> it was a save game corruption!

    So I'm playing the game from start now, but I do can play

    i had this error for 2 years and ive had a ticket regarding this problem for quite some time... the only answer i got was that its impossile to have my safe files reset...

    Hey Zhyroxx! I am so sorry to see that you have been experiencing this error for 2 years! While Support cannot reset save files, it looks like some information was requested from you on your Support ticket. Can you attach your MSinfo and DxDiag files, as well as images of your completed port forwarding? From there, our Support can further assist!

    like I wrote last year - they are able to reset the save game - but you have to explicitly ask for this - and this resets your progress to zero ...

    Hey sekulidan,

    I'm sorry if there has ever been any confusion in our communications on this, however as it stands, in-game progress cannot be reset and Ubisoft Support do not have the facilities to do this for players either.
