    You failed to join group, try again later

    Hi

    Me and my friend is having a problem with joining each others Groups, by that I mean when we try to join each other it just says
    "You failed to join the group, please try again later". But this problem only happend with this friend.
    My other friend could join with out a problem and i don't know why this is happening.
    My NAT and my friends NAT is at the green color and we have tried re-installing the game but that diden't work.
    Please answera, need help.

    hello

    u found any solution? this happen beetween me and my bro.. we tried everything but nothing work , just with him i can't play but i can play with any other players in the world... green nat , also if we try to join in a bawl at sametime one of us is not able to join , add me razielfury , would see if happen beetween us too. Thanks

    Can you please confirm that you have tried the troubleshooting steps in the link Here.

    If the issue persists, could you please submit a support ticket (https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/Cases/new) with a description of your issue and attach an image of your port settings on your router and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.
