Initially I thought this was just something wrong with my game after the hot update last week, so I deleted the game and reinstalled. But I see it happening to other Shugs in game now too.
Shugoki does not automatically turn when you start moving in a direction. He'll side step or walk backwards, and has an awkward head twitch like it's disconnected from his body. His often looking in odd directions when standing still. He moves slow enough as is, this hoses his movement that much more. It's gotten me killed several times already. He'll also spawn in backwards on duels. It's not usually broken at the start of a match, but once it starts acting up, you're screwed the rest of the match.

Yup! We've been seeing a bunch of this after the 1.13 and it's been brought up to the team.
If you can send in a report up along to support, so we can collect some more information about this glitch that will be super helpful.
