I'm not sure if there are more Patrols, but they will call in Reinforcements much faster and often in Tier Mode.

Hard to say, might be slightly more unidad helis though. But I've not played outside Tier1 / extreme in a long while. They definitely detect you more easily so this might cause us player to perceive them as being more common... 9 more tiers to go till finally turning it off..

I haven't noticed more patrol with Tier 1. What I noticed months ago was certain provinces have more patrols than others, and closer to Unidad bases, the more in that area..

Aye, this is correct. Koani and Flor del Oro are also full of Unidad. Makes Sense as there are Fobs.

Im only on lvl 34 in T1 mode still a long way to go not having the enemy cloud on the mini map them spotting me a lot sooner and from further away and killing me with what seems 2 bullets is making the game much more interesting and challenging

    no doubt....

If you're used to playing on the less extreme difficulty levels (and rely on some of those additional visual aids), it's going to be that much more of a challenge as you progress.

You should definitely notice more Unidad the further you get in Tier One mode.
