Just eliminate heavies off EVERY parry unless you toss them into a wall. Thats the best way to eliminate turtle meta. Stop nerfing heroes to the ground, just take the free heavy away
Defensive meta patches are coming in season 4
Yes we know def meta is still a thing. And we have a PT coming up soon with the new and improved parry changes. Hopefully those will be better received and so we can start working on implementing them in game to combat the turtling.
