Feats unlocked, but unusable until feat 2 or 3 unlocked. | Forums

I've noticed lately when playing Nobushi and Highlander that my first feat, or sometimes first and second feat, won't unlock until I get to feat 3. It will have the stars at the top signifying that the feat is unlocked, but when I attempt to use it, it won't activate. (Or for Body Count, killing minions won't heal me.). So far, it's been in Dominion games, while playing as Nobushi and Highlander. (vs AI)

Edit: It happened for Kensei, too. I was not able to use Body Count until Chilling Stare was unlocked.

Edit: It's safe to say every Hero has this problem, for every game mode that have Feats in it. I believe it's connected to having one or more healing feats in it. I always seem to get this bug when I have Bounty Hunter or Body count selected.

Can confirm this happens with basically every character. Sometimes it's just to the level 1/2 feats and gets remedied when you hit renown level 3 or 4, but other times it will stop you from getting your level 4 feat, and since the game doesn't try to unlock your feats other than when you level up, you can't get those ones for the rest of the game.

When playing in Elimination or Skirmish and getting the star buff that unlocks all your feats, if you're already level 4, you'll temporarily unlock the locked feats, but once the buff runs out, you lose access to the previously locked feats.
