what is the exact requirement for unlocking tournament ornaments? | Forums

i've been trying to unlock mine and i cant seem to get it to unlock
i was just wondering if theres some other hidden requirement other than, "play in a tournament"

You have to WIN the tournament. Also, ornaments are still random. No guarantee you'll get the one for the character you won with.

It's pure luck. Winners of the tournament are assigned a random ornament from the heros on the roster, including heros you have not unlocked yet...

That's bs... Because if you got the reward for the character you won with and I saw a warden with his ornament, I would just roll my eyes... But if I saw a kensei with one, I would just tab out and look at pictures of cats because there is no hope for me... I think it could be extreme brag rights to get an emblem from the lower tier classes... Not to mention it would encourage people to play different classes because whats the point of playing warlord 10 times of you arent getting a new ornament? That way we could see some variety instead of the matchup being: Warden, warden, warlord, warlord, warlord, centurian, pk, gladiator, gladiator, and one Hail Mary nobushi who gets eliminated the first round...
