I don't think players should receive a matchmaking penalty for forfeiting a tournament. They should still receive the biggest possible rank reduction and lose any rewards as a penalty but if a player is totally outclassed and just aren't enjoying being a part of the tournament they should be able to withdraw and go play modes they enjoy instead. Even if you made it only so that they could withdraw on the menu screen rather than rage quitting that would be better.
