Tournaments has just highlighted how broken centurion is he's so commonly played due to how easy he can kill its just pointless fighting one, from everything I've seen everyone is always complaining about cent so why hasn't he been nerfed. Once your in his combo you are pretty much as good as dead the attacks come way to fast and are impossible to stop, now don't start saying "his combos are block able you just need to know when they are coming" because believe it or not. not everyone has lighting fast reactions. I know his job is to mess you up and drain all your stam but its a bit over the top when 90% of the match you are out of stam trying the dash backwards as he immediately pulls you right back into the Combo. To sum it up it takes so much skill to counter him and no skill to play him

His core design seems flawed, including some of his major combos. I don't think a couple tweaks are really going to solve the problem, and redesigning him while sticking to the original philosophy is going to take time to get right.

Yea I agree, Cent could definitely use a major reconstruction.

your reaction time is slow or you flat out give up and let him handle you once he is in his combos. plus any character can throw you against a wall to get free heavies. that and you dont know his mix up very predictable mix up

The most funny thing ab this is that i have a deja vu everytime on this subject with the devs saying in the warrior's den that they nerfed the centurion making him fake only 15 times hahahahahahaha

Personally i love the centurion to play, although i dont do the explode combo like i see being done to me all the time. I love his in your face style of combat HOWEVER as a person who does play him, i would definately say he is too powerful and ive said many times, that Centurion or ANY class that has ANY orange glowing attack of any kind.. need to have those attacks/moves nerfed but NOT in damage, but as in a cost to use. For easier terms.. think of the orange moves as a spell and your stamina as the mana. Light attacks use little stamina, more if they miss. Heavies use more and ditto, power moves should use ALOT of stamina and ALOT MORE if you miss.

omfg condition is only dangerous in gank situations and near a wall... get it trough your thick skulls ppl that complain. 90%of what he does is reactable and no centurion can take more than half your life bar if you know how to counter him. i play centurion and because of that i know exactly wnat to do so death won't interfere as quick as you think. someone (I think me) will actually do a guide on how to ****ing defend against centurion every move one day...

So just because you can't handle a character, he has to get nerfed... It's funny because I never see people *****ing about peacekeeper or shinobi. They only complain about characters that require a minimal amount of effort to play and never mention the free win/no skill required characters.
