Why in the holy heck do i get damaged and staggered before the explosion? why is this still a thing? also how is it they can throw 5-10 of them at once with pinpoint INHUMAN accuracy?

Yes cheating NPC they also throw through cover.. and it is worse in the legendary levels ..

In Legendary Napalm Production site there is a couple of places where they can stand behind cover and shoot you while you can't hit them.

With all due respect, Sir or Ma'am, but we've heard that story a little bit too often.
I've had the same experiences with you Ubi guys way back in 2007 when you released the bug riddled mess called "Silent HUnter IV" and that was the last time I bought a Ubisaft product.
Next time my wife asks me what she should give me as a birthday gift, I'll definetely won't say "a game" anymore and opt for the Norvegian sweater option, that's for sure.

The NPCs should be banned - that'll make Legendary a helluva lot easier!
