Get rid of poison as a move

This is the worst feature in the game and make duel stupid it's not fair that a light poke is counted as a heavy with how much damage it does they need to make her attacks slower or she needs to do a combo to be able to poison or better yet make it a talent so dual is fair. The peacekeeper and stick is so op in dual and tournament

We will bring the feedback to the team for consideration. Outside of removing it altogether, what alternatives do you think would be a reasonable balance change in order to make playing against PK's poison more fair?

NOoooo! don't take this away! Poison is a valid tactic, its a great thing to keep an eye out for. if people are goign to complain because they dont' know how to oh i dunno, block, or parry a blow thats glowing before it hits, thats their issue to figure out! The poison system already has some counters, like the WArdden who doesn't' get hit by it if they have a perk. Making that Perk more available is the only thing, if any, yall should do Ubi. I love playing Nobushi and poisoning people, the poison already seems slower then it used to be. If i can punish an enemy that wont' block me by poisoning them, then it sucks to be them. They should block more, and parry more, otherwise its no different then me hitting you. Its a question of skill, not a question of poor tactics. i love the bleed and poison effects, even when used against me, please dont' change that.

Instead of a poison, make it a bleed. But a conditional bleed. You have to hold your attack to "twist" the blade to cause bleed damage. But also if you get caught doing this. They'll have enough time to punish you with a Heavy.

Hmm, but then, whats the difference of the poison? if your saying that the Bleed is ok, i mean the Gladiator already has a hold option to extend, make the poison worse etc, and most of the poison attacks are weak as it is, only doing more damage, so if yoru saying something like that, then should bleed be a percent of a persons total health to make it more fair? Because if tahts the case i could agree to that. i love the poison, but i can see putting it a percentage base on each player instead of a set amount of damage. After all, i 2 shot a shinobi almost with poison on NObushi, yeah it kinda sucked, but so does the shinobi 1-2 shotting my stamina bar.

I"m just saying. "bleed" damage because I don't know how they can keep reapplying the poison to the blade so fast!

But no. Bleed damage is more realistic plus it takes from their quick little poison attack and forces them to either want to apply a bleed affect, by how long they charge it or get out before the enemy returns fire imo. (no charge = no bleed)

The thing I hate most about 'poison' or 'bleed' damage is that it prevents your health from regenerating in that final bar. I think if they made it so that bleed damage couldn't kill you then that would be far more manageable.

Perhaps instead when the bleed damage hits your final hit point you get stunned for a couple of seconds, without being staggered, and you can begin to recover health again. That way it's less of a cheap way to win when you and your opponent are on that final bar of health. It's also pretty realistic because if you lose a lot of blood you start to get dizzy and feint. (I mean, realistic enough without it killing you, haha).

Well, in regards to Howard, poison doesn't just 'wipe off' after its used. Applying poison to a blade would keep it poisonous for quite some time, until its either fully been rubbed off, or died, i think poison can die like bacteria. As to Duskmare, my hp bar always regenerates during an execution, however if you mean like the natural regen feat after battle? that doesn't help, bu tyou can still heal through a poison. I've kept myself alive through a poisoning that would kill me, by using the wardens heal feat. And back to Howard, if you mean how do they apply poison to a blade in mid combat, your argument is invalid. The lawbringer, quite possibly the heaviest character in the entire game, from run across the ENTIRE MAP without running out of stamina. your argument is invalid.Oh!, and you know that gaping wound gash that covered your armor in blood? it stopped bleeding after my sword when through your head, further proof your argument is invalid! , just saying, i mean, you can't apply that kind of logic to a game like this. I apologize if i misunderstood what you said however, thats based on how i took your comment.

Nah, I was meaning the last bar of HP that all characters can regenerate regardless of feats. It gives a serious advantage to the nobushi and other bleed able characters since they only need to land the equivalent of a light attack to finish an enemy off whereas every other character needs 2 or 3 light attacks or a heavy to finish someone off.
