So you don't want to nerf a character to the point where there win/lose ratios flip usidedown? You mean like what you did to shinobi who is still struggling just to break even now in days?

The tracking on many of his attack needs to be toned down.
The overwhelming stuns and quite too high stamina drains needs to be toned down.

Everything else you "fixed" through season 2 and season 3 did not touch any of those issues. In other words, you didn't fix **** and Roman's answer was a bad joke that turned against him.
None of these issue which you've listed, and a vast majority of the community agree with, myself included, are problems in Roman's eyes. That's the real problem with centurion. Roman likes the character and the way he plays, and sees nothing wrong with it. Three months of public outrage over the character and their official stance is there is a minor issue with his stacking stuns and cc... give me a ****ing break!

They don't want to see a problem in the character, because that would mean they were at fault for poor design. So, they will continue to downplay the problem rather than admit that the character is flawed from a design concept. This notion is further validated by the concession that they cant nerf Centurion in 4v4 without breaking him in 1v1.
