For the circle clue.

But if you convert the letters to their position in the alphabet, the two opposits ones (A+W, J+N) both add to 24. Extrapolating, that would mean that the missing letters are S and T.

It seems I am always one step late. I did the same thing, can confirm S and T if that method is correct.

For the diamond clue,

I'm still missing the ? in the first column, but the other letters should be J, W, & R.

The circles move down in steps of 3

Bottom left: Encoding the letters to numbers seems to give the first 9 prime numbers, with 5 and 11 missing. This would give us E and K.

FIrst one is "A". the "steps of three" seems to be correct, the pattern continues over the columns! so "D" - 3 = "A"
