[PC/XONE/PS4] TOURNAMENT QUITTER PENALTY IS APPLIED FOR QUITTING THE GAME DURING TOURNAMENT END FLOW
Description: If a player loses a tournament and does not complete the entire tournament end match flow, and instead decide to quit the game, they will receive the tournament quitter penalty and will not be able to start a new tournament upon restarting the game.
Status: Fixed in 1.15
