I just got multiple conflicting orders that could stack, but their isn't enough space. I actually got two defender orders, one to capture 8 zones in dominion and another to capture 15 zones. I don't know why I received two orders of the same type. It would be really easy to complete them both, but then I'm also wasting a space I could use for another order. I also have one order to get 24 takedowns as a heavy and another to play 12 games as a non-vanguard hero. Again, both these orders are really easy, but there aren't enough order slots to stack them. It's really ridiculous that I have all these very similar orders, but I can't complete them all at once so the game is forcing me to have to play extra to complete tasks I've already done. There either needs to be another slot for contract orders or orders need to be different enough that they can't be stacked. It's just really annoying.
Dont go putting ideas into their heads. I personally prefer orders that stack that can be completed simultaneously, as it allows me to get them done and get off the game to do something more important with my life, like watch Netflix. Lol. I think what they need to do is remove the whole slot system in general, then allow you to simply check/uncheck the entire list to be completed so you have full control of what you're doing and when. There are many times I juggle orders to get experience for a character that I'm trying to Rep up and it's excessively tedious to have to put them into the slots, then unequip them, then equip them again. An orders list with check boxes to make active/inactive would be a far better system to use than the current slot trio of terror.
You misunderstand. I like orders that stack to, but sometimes you have too many and can't stack them all. I'm not saying they should get rid of stacking orders, just make it so you only get stacking orders in sets of 3. Either that, or make a fourth slot to put another order in. It's just really annoying having to go and do another order you could have already accomplished, but didn't because other orders were taking up the space. (I'm probably wording this terribly)
No no, I completely understood you. You're saying that only having three slots for active orders frustrates your ability to stack common orders that could be completed simultaneously if you weren't limited to only having 3 slots with which to equip those orders. I agree, though I feel that rather than your suggestion of simply adding another order equip slot, they simply remove the slots altogether and instead use a checkbox activation system for the entire list of contract orders instead, so you can check the box next to each order in the list to either make it active or inactive for completion progress. This would allow you to have every order you want to actively work on all activated at once, allowing you to work on 4, 5, or even 6 orders simultaneously if the conditions can effectively be met for them all.
