Hey all,

Is there a way to disable Rain in game? I tried looking and didn't see any sort of option. I can run the game at max graphics and nothing slows it down at all, even other programs running in the background, but if its raining my FPS drops horribly. At this point I pretty much have to dodge any game I enter that the weather is set to Rain >_<
