The view freezes overhead when your downed in single player. Please fix this problem. The forced overhead body view is upsurd. You should not loose your ability to look around. It makes me want to stop playing on the rare occasion when I die.

I can't say that I'm aware of any plans to alter the state of the camera while in the downed state, as its current usage is functioning as intended. Having said that, I will be more than happy to have your feedback on this mentioned along for you.
