    Error 7-000004 even though i have green NAT

    i cant seem to play the game cause each time i try to enter i get this error i find a game i choose my character game starts and as soon as i make 2 -3 steps it pops this message saying i lost connection to ubisoft servers each and every time even though my internet is fine i have green nat i dont have problems with any other games i play...sigh i love this game but the connection is making me hating it....i cant even play one match help...

    There is dozens of posts with this particular ERROR. It wasn't fixed over a month, I too can't play, I even reinstalled game like fool.

    It didn't nothing to fix the issue, only wasted my time downloading almost 50 gb. All of their suggestions to fix this are useless I wouldn't bother.
    Unfortunately you will have to wait for fix. In other post one of moderators said it was match making bug and they working on fix ASAP, and that was a almost week ago.

    i dont know what to do anymore please someone that had that and did something that actually worked? i cant play a ****ing game without getting this critical error and unknown nat type too......like whats the issue!??! ffs i payed for this game and i cant play it at all wtf......

    We would first recommend the following troubleshooting steps depending on your platform:

    PS4

    XBOX ONE

    PC

    If after these troubleshooting steps you're still being disconnected, we would advise providing a screenshot of your forwarded ports for further review to our technical teams through support ticket HERE.

    I can't play anymore TWO MONTH ago.Every week you release new patch without fix this issue.Don't ask me click stupid troubleshooting page beacause this is *** problem i ever seen.

    Yeah, make a ticket so that they can ignore you there too, like they did with me!
    Bought the game and the season pass and the last two months I can't play.
    I made a ticket and nothing happened. No response
    I ask in the forums and I still get ignored by Ubisoft!
    I have been with this game since closed beta, bought it and bought a season pass and this is what I get. I can't play the game and Ubisoft ignores me! It's a shame
